**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- **Pemasaran dan Penjualan Produk Takaful**:

- Memperkenalkan dan menjual produk-produk takaful (seperti takaful hayat, takaful kesihatan, takaful pendidikan, dan lain-lain) kepada individu dan pelanggan korporat.
- Menyediakan maklumat yang jelas dan tepat tentang produk takaful yang ditawarkan dan manfaatnya.
- Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan dan kesetiaan.
- **Perkhidmatan Pelanggan**:

- Memberikan perkhidmatan selepas jualan kepada pelanggan, termasuk menjelaskan terma dan syarat polisi, membantu dalam proses tuntutan, dan memberikan panduan mengenai perubahan dalam polisi.
- Menguruskan pertanyaan dan aduan pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.
- **Perancangan Kewangan**:

- Membantu pelanggan dalam merancang perlindungan kewangan mereka melalui perbincangan berterusan mengenai keperluan dan matlamat kewangan mereka.
- Menilai profil risiko pelanggan dan mencadangkan pelan takaful yang sesuai dengan keperluan mereka.
- **Pembangunan Diri dan Latihan**:

- Mengikuti latihan dan program pembangunan yang disediakan oleh syarikat takaful untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan produk dan kemahiran jualan.
- Sentiasa memperbaharui pengetahuan mengenai produk-produk takaful dan perkembangan pasaran.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
