**Job Summary**

To plan for/execute events, marketing activities that promote mall’s tenants’ promotions and generate a consistent traffic growth. Manage social media, PR and advertising strategies of the mall.

**Job Descriptions**
- To generate revenue through leasing of casual leasing space and advertising space available in the mall external parties and tenants.
- To source and collaborate with event organizers to introduce a variety of activities/workshops/programmes that generate a consistent growth in traffic.
- to manage/coordinate between external parties and operation on pre-events and post-events operations
- to collaborate with tenants on their promotions
- to conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
- to propose suitable advertising medium (Internal and OOH) for the mall
- to develop content for A&P collaterals
- to prepare publicity/promotion plans to create in-mall and public awareness for all events and activities
- general writing and coordination for branding and marketing materials and events
- to coordinate and update content for website, social media and digital platforms
- to work closely with social media agency in producing exciting and engaging content ideas for website and social media
- to foster good rapport and maintain on-going business relationship with tenants, vendors, event organizers, agencies etc for joint promotional & partnership opportunities
- to handle media liaison. Public relations duties related to the shopping mall
- to conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer behaviours, trends and market requirements for existing and future activities
- any other duties as assigned by the management

**Requirement**
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or any other relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Events, Marketing & Promotions
- Experience in retail mall or related industry is an added advantage
- Social media and digital knowledge
- experienced in different advertising medium and strategies
- good in PR skills and social media activation
- Ability to secure casual leasing space
- good presentation skills eg. PowerPoint, Microsoft office
- Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multitasker with a keen eye for details
- Good project management and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate composure when under pressure and ability to work with efficiency at all levels
- Proactive and good initiatives approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
