Country Personal Accident Policy underwriting, capturing and operations administration with experience in Fire, Miscellaneous and Motor line of business.
Job Responsibilities
- Overall administration and supervision of lines staffs and subordinates involving planning, organizing and implementation of work processes to meet departmental benchmark for all distribution channels and suspense clearance. To manage the underwriting portfolio, maintain department’s set service standards, which include review and approves cases within own Underwriting Authority limit.
- To implement efficient and effective operational processing flow via improvement/enhancement. To roll out projects for improvement of existing work process and workflow of the department
- To ensure continuous compliance of regulations/ procedures set for New Business by conducting team audit and maintain updated procedural.
- To identify and develop successor planning for all sections in New Business. To conduct meetings/trainings with staffs, to review and updates on new guidelines, processes and new products
- To lead and manage departmental and Company initiatives cut across all sections meet the delivery timelines and ensure operational readiness roll down to all staffs.
- To perform other responsibilities and duties this may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisors/HOD in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Job Requirements
- Possess a tertiary qualification preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Insurance etc. 2Preferably with at least 7 working experience in Life /General Insurance Industry at management level, familiar with NB processing, workflow and imaging, electronic submission
