**Job Summary**:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven sales supervisor to drive sales individually and as a team over given targets. This job requires travel outstation to cover given territories and ensure the team achieves sales targets consistently.

**1. Key responsibilities**

**A. No. of Acquisitions & Revenue**
- To ensure the targets set for the small group are met
- The target of every Sales Consultant is to acquire 20 new customers per month
- Strategizing and coordinating upselling and cross-selling activities to ensure basket sizes are maintained as per the company’s requirements
- Maintaining the required profit margins as per the company requirements

**B). Market Insight**
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities within the territories assigned
- Reporting back on potential SKUs to be launched to boost sales performance
- Conducting competitor analysis

**C). SOP Adherence**
- Ensuring all SOP’s set by the Sales Manager are adhered to on a ground level

**D). Performance Management**
- All performance evaluations should be completed on a timely manner for every headcount within the team
- All other formalities involved in performance evaluations must be completed accordingly
- There should be no lapse of reviews
- Point of Liaison to compile / submit to HR the chronology of disciplinary matters within the team

**E). Customer Service**
- All orders brought by the Sales Consultants must be delivered in a timely manner
- Coordination with Operations, Finance, and procurement to ensure everything related to the order is on track
- Revival of orders that are about to be canceled by offering compensations to customers
- Ensuring a minimum of 90% success rate of deliveries to customers

**2. Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a **field sales force** of at least 5 members
- Able to multitask and coordinate with various departments
- Preferably has experience in FMCG in the past
- Good analytical & reporting skills (excel)
- Willingness to travel frequently within the crafted territories and regions

**3. Salary Package**

Basic : RM3500 - RM4500

Travel Allowance : RM500

Commission : Overriding commission from team achievement

**4. Working days & Hours** : Monday-Saturday (9.45am-6pm)
