**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and traceability
- Establish and implement document control procedures in line with project requirements and company standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely document submissions and updates
- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents
- Ensure documents are easily accessible and properly archived for future reference
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes of practice
- Support in the preparation of progress reports, transmittals, and other project documentation
- Monitor the flow of documents and highlight delays or bottlenecks to project stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably within the construction and oil & gas industry
- Proficient in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, or similar platforms)
- Solid understanding of document control processes and project documentation lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or Document Management)
- Familiarity with Petronas Technical Standards (PTS) and Malaysian codes of practice

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to remote project locations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Must possess or be able to obtain OGSP, CIDB Green Card, and other relevant certifications

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
