Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping people make the right decisions? We’re looking for a **Sales Consultant** to handle inbound leads and guide prospective learners through their course enrolment journey. If you're confident on the phone, great at follow-ups, and love turning interest into action — we want you on our team

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Engage with prospective learners to understand their interests and recommend suitable courses
- Provide accurate information about course schedules, subsidies, and registration procedures
- Guide interested leads through the sign-up process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through consistent and professional follow-ups
- Maintain clear and accurate records of communication and conversion status

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident over phone and messaging
- Customer-first mindset and a proactive follow-up attitude
- Strong attention to detail and basic admin skills
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred (but not required — we provide training)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Web, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a bonus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus

**Note: This is a fully onsite role, based in our office in Johor Bahru.**

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
