Reporting to the District Manager, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing the effectiveness of the District Sales team by engaging in activities that support the sales processes and strategies. The Sales Operations Coordinator provides support to the District Sales Manager and to the District Sales team.

**The role**
- Qualify sales leads utilizing reporting and analytics tools.
- Engage in pre-sale engagement activities for target customers prior to sales management.
- Organize sales events to drive existing and new customer engagement.
- Utilize the CRM system to help manage and organize the District Sales team’s customer accounts, enable global engagement, and to ensure data integrity measurements are met.
- Coordinate bid response information as requested by the District Sales team or the company’s network.
- Produce reporting on key metrics and manage monthly delivery of key reports to the manager.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are updated and accessible to the Sales team to maximize opportunities for scheduled meetings with visitors and customers.
- To attend training and development sessions to understand the requirements of sales and be able to provide Sales with updates on new development and tools.
- Support the onboarding of new sales personnel.
- Manage and contribute to weekly sales meetings, as directed by the manager.
- Communicate with new internal information and tools to sales, ensure to inform of new developments.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

**The Requirements**
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Sales Operations or related field.
- Proficient with data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PowerBi.
- Desire to learn Sales fundamentals and processes.
- Good time management, problem-solving and creativity skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work off-site for local events.
- Able to work independently, with a team and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
