**Responsibilities**:
**a. Advertising & Branding**
- Assist in developing and executing advertising and branding strategies in line with the mall’s overall objectives.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals (print, digital, and on-ground), ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Support in managing branding consistency across all platforms and materials, adhering to approved brand guidelines.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including creative development, printing, fulfilment, and distribution.
- Work with agencies and vendors to support campaign rollouts and branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and campaign opportunities.

**b. Social Media & Digital**
- Manage and update all official social media platforms of Pavilion Bukit Jalil with engaging and on-brand content.
- Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance; prepare regular reports to guide content improvement.
- Assist in content management across mall touchpoints such as digital screens, directories, and signage.

**c. Public Relations & Partnerships**
- Assist in developing PR initiatives to strengthen the mall’s visibility and brand presence.
- Liaise with tenants and external partners to support campaign collaborations and joint promotions.
- Provide communications support for internal stakeholders and tenants as required.
- Coordinate with media, agencies, and suppliers to maximise publicity and branding opportunities.
- Support in preparing marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved allocations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, branding, or retail marketing.
- Strong understanding of retail, consumer behaviour, and lifestyle trends.
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and campaign coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal teams, tenants, agencies, and external partners.
- Organized, action-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
