Use ARCAD for version control and change management. - Ensure compliance with banking security policies and best practices. - Document troubleshooting steps, system changes, and operational procedures. **Technical Skills & Experience** **Mandatory**: - Proficiency in RPG or COBOL 400 for AS400 development and troubleshooting. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with DevOps processes. - Experience working with ARCAD for version control and change management. **Good-to-Have**: - Experience with ALDON for automated software deployment in AS400 environments. - Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, or similar CI/CD tools. - Familiarity with banking operations and compliance requirements for AS400 systems. **Soft Skills** Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
