We are currently seeking a _**Product Merchandiser Executive**_**,**to join our team. Its play a key partinconceptualize, develop, and launch new fashion accessory product lines such as handbags, shoes, scarves, and lifestyle items in line with the brand’s identity, customer needs, and market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Product Research & Concept Development**
- Research fashion and market trends in accessories (bags, shoes, etc.).
- Identify new product opportunities and seasonal gaps.
- Develop mood boards, inspiration decks, and product concepts.

**2. Design & Development Coordination**
- Work with in-house designers or freelance talent to sketch and conceptualize new items.
- Select materials, hardware, color palettes, and trims.
- Coordinate with factories/suppliers for prototyping and sample development.

**3. Sourcing & Production Planning**
- Source suitable manufacturers or artisans locally and overseas.
- Negotiate MOQ, lead times, and costing with suppliers.
- Ensure quality control and production deadlines are met.

**4. Product Lifecycle Management**
- Track the development process from concept to final product.
- Manage SKU lists, product specs, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and tech packs.
- Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams for launch timelines.

**5. Trend & Competitor Analysis**
- Monitor global accessory brands and runway shows for inspiration.
- Study competitor pricing, design, and functionality.
- Provide quarterly reports on emerging product opportunities.

**6. Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work with:

- Marketing Team on photoshoots, product descriptions, and launch campaigns.
- Graphic Designers on packaging and branding elements.
- E-commerce & Retail Teams on sell-through feedback and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion product development, especially non-apparel categories like bags, shoes, or accessories.
- Strong understanding of fashion product development processes.
- Good communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple product lines and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Putra Heights, Subang Jaya. (10-mins by walking to Putra Heights LRT Station

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
