Sales Executive

**1. Sales Activities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including workshops, art camps, competitions and college events to generate awareness and recruitment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales activities alignment with business goals.
- Implement assigned sales initiatives, including school fairs, talks, roadshows, and events, to meet market penetration goals. This may include local and outstation travel.
- Organize and host informational sessions about our programs and career pathways to increase awareness and enhance brand recognition among target audiences.
- Handle college or school visits and deliver presentations in relevant of the College’s courses, career opportunities and other relevant information.
- Coordinate and promote college events, including info days, extended counselling, campus tours and etc.
- Coordinate and manage the printing of all promotional materials to ensure high-quality and timely production.
**2. Market Research and Plan Development**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate in formulating comprehensive sales plans aimed at achieving annual sales targets for both individual and group objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative content and departmental collateral that aligns with our strategies.
**3. Support and Relationship and Building**
- Handle walk-in and online inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert potential leads into enrolments.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, such as agents and school counsellors to support collaborative student recruitment projects.
- Work closely with internal and external parties, including academic heads, media companies, influencers etc, for any execution of sales activities.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
