**Job Purpose**:
The role involves helping with sales and business development for training clients. You’ll work with partners, trainers, clients and others to help drive business growth and meet goals. This position gives you a chance to gain experience in sales and business development.

**Job Duties**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, create new business opportunities, and promote training courses.

2. Work with partners, trainers, and clients to deliver training programs that help improve employee skills and performance.

3. Develop long-term relationships with clients to become their trusted training partner.

4. Work with the Marketing team to engage prospects, turn leads into opportunities, and help grow company revenue.

5. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals.

**Education**:
A diploma or degree in Technology and Business Management, Marketing, Human Resource or a related field.

**Required Skill**:

- Ability to identify and engage potential clients or business opportunities.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, trainers, partners and external parties to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and adjust to last-minute changes.

**Other Pre-requisites**:

- Must be willing to travel
- Ability to work independently and in team with mínimal supervision and exhibits a proactive learning attitude.
- The position will be based in Penang office.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,200.00 per month

- Gelugor (11700): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
