**Machine Operation**

Setting up machinery for operation including calibration and cleaning.

Operating machinery and equipment for production or complete tasks.

Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed.

Troubleshooting issues and performing basic repairs

**Maintenance and Repair**

Perform routine maintenance-Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and preventions measures on machinery and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.

Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring machines operate optimally.

**Quality Control**

Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Identifying and addressing any quality issues or defects.

Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control data

**Installation and Setup**

Install new equipment and machine, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet specific performance requirements.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and equipment performance.

Document processes and procedures for future reference.

**Safety**

Comply with safety regulations and procedures when working with machinery.

Ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and other employees.

Reporting and safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.

**Other Duties**

Feeding raw materials to machines

Cleaning the work area and machinery

Following instructions and procedures provided by superior (new task will be given follow time to time)

Participating in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.

May assist with parts inventory management and ordering

Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve issues.

May Operate equipment like forklifts or other tools.

**Technical Skills**

Knowledge of various types of machinery and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Familiarity with troubleshooting and repair procedures.

Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments.

**Soft Skills**

Attention to details and ability to perform tasks accurately.

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education and Experience**

High School diploma or equivalent or higher education(related mechanical ,electrical & machinery) is typically required.

Vocational training or certifications in machine operation or a related field may be preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment can be beneficial.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
