- **Summary**

Responsible for the overall business and Shariah development, marketing strategy, product implementation and monitoring of house financing products and programs to accelerate the financing portfolio growth towards meeting the Bank’s objectives. Assist Deputy Vice President/Vice President and Senior Vice President of HFA unit regarding matters related to house and fixed assets from time to time.

**Business & Shariah Development**
- Identify new market segment for development of specific financing program that is competitive and in line with Shariah requirements.
- Development of Package Financing program for employers and corporate bodies (jointly with Alliance Management Dept).
- Assist and develop jointly with Shariah and PMD in designing new products/Shariah concept.
- Enhance and improve existing products to be in line with latest development/requirements by Shariah.
- Responsible to review the existing Shariah concept from time to time due any development raised by BNM or Shariah group respectively.

**Marketing Strategy**
- Responsible for development of campaigns, cross-selling activities, programs for HFA products.
- Conduct competitor’s analysis.
- Develop marketing plan to accelerate overall HFA portfolio growth.
- Provide the relevant material to branches/PFE pertaining to HFA products (e.g. product summary, presentation slide etc.).
- Development of marketing campaign to ensure the Bank's competitiveness against the industry.
- Analyses competitors’ features and benefits by keeping abreast with the latest development in the industry.

**Product/Program Implementation**
- Attend to various processes to facilitate the product implementation such as issuance of Memo, update the respective Operational Manual/Guideline etc.
- Develop the relevant marketing collaterals to promote the product/program.
- Conduct training/briefing to the relevant personnel to facilitate their understanding about the product/program.

**Product/Program Monitoring**
- Monitor the performance of various financing schemes / program where the Bank is participating such as Skim Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan (SJKP), Bank Islam-LPPSA scheme etc.
- Facilitate CAD and CRD on issues pertaining to abandoned housing projects.

**Product & Business Support**
- Conduct product training and briefing to relevant staff and departments from time to time.
- Attend and resolve enquiries and complaints by customer received via Contact Center, Feedback Channel & Distribution Dept, CAD, CRD etc.

**Product Deviation in FAST**
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed by superior as per business requirement from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- More than 6 years’ experience in the banking industry (especially in House & Fixed Assets Financing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and active team player, committed, self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Able to respond and resolve on issues/queries raised by customers, CAC, Call Centre etc. efficiently.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in working in a fast-moving business environment.
- Proven track records in meeting all the objectives set by the Management.
- Ability to perform multi-tasking activities with great attention to the details.
