**We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with sales experience (retail or call center preferred) to make outbound calls, convert leads into appointments, and drive sales.** You'll play a vital role in connecting customers with our innovative used car services and ensuring a positive experience. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to succeed are also encouraged to apply

**What You'll Do**:

- **Connect & Convert**: Make outbound calls to potential customers (warm leads provided) and schedule appointments for car inspections. Turn leads into appointments and drive sales
- **Customer Champion**: Answer customer inquiries, provide expert information about CARSOME's products and services, and guide them through the car selling/buying process.
- **Sales Driver**: Actively promote CARSOME’s services, highlight ongoing deals and promotions, and confidently close sales. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- **Appointment Management**: Confirm and manage customer appointments, proactively address cancellations, and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
- **Problem Solver**: Identify customer needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty.
- **Data & Detail**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details using CARSOME's provided tools.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in retail sales or, preferably, telesales/call center environment is highly desired. Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude are also welcome.
- **Customer Focus**: A genuine desire to help customers and provide outstanding service.
- **Sales Savvy**: A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve results.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work weekends and public holidays at The Ascent, beside Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. (15-20 minutes walk from LRT Glenmarie/Kelana Jaya, accessible by bus from LRT stations).
- **Multilingual Skills (Bonus)**: Ability to speak Chinese dialects is a plus
