**Job description**:

- Involved in the overall sanitation and setting up of the work areas, function rooms and ballroom.
- Coordinate with Crew Leader to provide unique and creative ideas to enhance meetings & group experience.
- Greet guests and present them with the menu as well as recommend special items for the day.
- Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking Point of Sales (POS) System.
- Punch the order on the POS machine and make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food.
- Ensure accuracy and promptness of transaction when accepting payments, issuing receipts and returning the change.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation of outlets and achieve guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order and promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
- Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils and refilling glasses.
- Assist with stocking and maintaing the outlets par stock levels and side station.
- Involved in other areas of the outlet such as answering telephones and attending to reservations.
- Print closing report and hand over the cash to the Accounts department.
- Tally the credit card settlements for the day with the batch closing report from POS System.
- Maintain good knowledge of outlets and ensure compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Undertake any other assignments as required by Cafe Manager, Crew Leader and The Chef.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality, possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong disciplines, commitments and self-initiative.
- Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
- 1 Full Time positions available.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
