As a Lead Generation Executive, your main responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads for our products/services through various channels. Your focus will be on gathering relevant information, assessing customer interest and needs, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Achieving weekly and monthly lead generation targets is key to success in this role. You will collaborate closely with the team lead to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales pipeline. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries. Continuous improvement is essential, and you will be expected to participate in regular training sessions to enhance your communication and sales skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough lead qualification by gathering relevant information, understanding customer requirements, and assessing their level of interest and readiness to engage with our products/services.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain detailed interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring all lead statuses and communication history are up-to-date and well-documented.
- Lead Generation Targets: Work diligently to achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets set by the campaign management, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team lead and sales team, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement in the sales pipeline.
- Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of our products/services, market trends, and competitor offerings to be well-prepared in addressing customer inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Training and Development: Actively participate in regular training sessions aimed at improving your communication and sales skills, enabling you to perform at your best.

**; Requirements: - Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum SPM
- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to gather and analyze information to qualify leads effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to engage potential leads effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Positive and resilient attitude towards handling rejection and objections.
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by the company is an advantage.
