**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with universities to source for talents and participating in career fairs.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipeline for potential applicants.
- Coming up with ideas to improve recruitment process and according to current talent trends.
- Identify the right talent source pool for talent recruitment.
- Able to bring in new ideas and best practices from prior HR working experiences to assist growth of the HR function.
- On the ground talent recruitment

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years working experience
- Posses good communication skills and enjoy meeting people
- Require English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia Speaking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Maternity leave

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
