POSITION PURPOSE
This position is tasked to lead a team of production workers to achieve production goals including output quantity and quality, optimum cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Lead a team of Assistant Supervisors, Leaders, Floaters, Material Handlers & Operators to meet production schedules.
2. Communicating of job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating and enforcing system, policies and procedures.
3. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
4. Meeting production productivity index target according to schedules.
5. Work closely with planning, store and SAP team for excellence material availability.
6. Work with related department to evaluate new equipment and techniques to improve quality with latest process technology, increase productivity by improving production workmanship.
7. Develops and implements appropriate policies and procedures in support of corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
9. Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated, safely.
10. Ensure adequate training is given to subordinates in accordance with the organization's operating procedures and standards.
11. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing environment and proven ability to lead a team.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with all levels.
5. Analytical, highly motivated and able to motivate and supervise staffs.
6. High level of accuracy and integrity is essential.
7. Good self-discipline and positive attitude to adapt to changes.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
