As a **Customer Service Intern**, you'll go beyond the basics of customer support—helping us strengthen our relationship with clients by uncovering meaningful insights about their needs, experiences, and aspirations. This is a hands-on role that blends service with strategic outreach.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Assist in managing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct structured outreach to existing customers to better understand their journey and satisfaction with our services.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to uncover their motivations, business goals, and how our solutions have contributed to their progress.
- Compile and interpret qualitative feedback to assist internal teams in refining customer experience strategies.
- Work closely with team leads to develop insight-driven reports and recommendations.
- Participate in internal discussions on enhancing customer touchpoints and engagement effectiveness.

**What We're Looking For**
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—especially over the phone.
- A curious mind with a genuine interest in people and their stories.
- Comfortable with making structured outbound calls and taking initiative.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong attention to detail, able to handle feedback constructively.
