Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team. As a Customer Service Intern, you will support our customer service department by assisting with inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, communication, and support processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing daily fulfilment orders from clients.
  • Support in handling customer/client enquiries and complaints via inbound calls and emails.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm customer addresses before processing orders.
  • Assist in coordinating with courier partners to resolve shipment issues.
  • Perform simple data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing simple daily/weekly reports for customer orders and enquiries.
  • Support Customer Service team in ad-hoc projects or campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in IOI Boulevard Puchong.
