Responsibilities
- The Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating the centers under The Mansion and KomuneCARE portfolio.
- Ensure that the standards of care and hospitality for our residents at our centers are consistently at the highest level of quality.
- The Operations Executive is able to oversee and handle any issues on the daily operations matters and ensure that issues are attended accordingly.
- Promote a culture of excellence in care of our residents through a warm welcome.
- Regular updates on operations issues with relevant departments to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.
- Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
- Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.
- Work and coordinate with the marketing and sales team on how to sell units once product is being launched.
- Ensure a culture of excellence is built in the organization, timeliness, efficiency, caring for our clients.
- Work with cross multiple departments to cross sell all our products.

**; Requirements**: - Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Having operational experience is essential with hands-on experience.
- Experience in hospitality / project management.
