**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Communicating with executives and upper management regularly.
- Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures.
- Overlooking the daily functions of the business.
- Creating short and long-term operational goals.
- Suggesting improvements needed in different operations.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with stakeholders.
- Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **At least 1-2 years of experiences** in operations, preferably within IT Industry.
- Certification related to the role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills especially English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Having experience with monitoring expenses and preparing reports.
- Good attitude.
- Flexible to travel locally and overseas for work trips.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
