**Summary**:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media profiles, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement with the audience. (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc).
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility on search engines and increase organic traffic.
- Create and manage online ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Utilize online editing tools like Canva and CapCut and others to design graphics, edit images and create visually appealing content for marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt and evolve digital marketing strategies.
- Any other duties to be assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in the field of digital marketing responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Possess adequate knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing channels & tools (Google AdWords, YouTube, Tik Tok Ads. Social media marketing like Facebook ads and Instagram).
- Hands-on experience with a track record of successfully digital marketing campaigns to meet ROI and business objectives. Experience managing running A/B test to drive optimization.
- Familiarity with web tracker and mobile app tracker e.g. Google Analytics & etc.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Good knowledge in social media post & content management, ability to create & edit attractive content (Canva, CapCut etc.)
- Work location : Bukit Jalil

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
