Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our company's products or services. You will play a crucial role in driving online traffic, engagement, and conversions, and will work closely with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct thorough audience research and utilize targeting options to identify and reach the right audience segments.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaign across various channels, including social media, content marketing, and display advertising
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team
- Coordinate and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement and manage Facebook pixel and other tracking mechanisms to measure performance and report on conversion metrics
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
- Work with upper management in brand positioning

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and strategies
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Knowledge of web analytics tools
- Content and creative writing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
