2. Communicate with internal department until PO confirmation.

3. Assist in providing weekly product readiness report, on-time deliveries and complete order fulfillment.

4. Assist with the improvement of workflow and efficiency. (Optional)

5. Help with brainstorming, figure our better system. (Optional)

6. Assist in customer complaints until resolution.

7. Assist with documentation and reporting.

8. To carry out other ad hoc duties when assigned.

**Qualification/Experience**

Degree in Business Administration/Management/Supply Chain

**Technical Competencies**

Computer Skills - MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint Etc
