We are in the lookout for talented Raw Material Procurement Executive in Palm Oil, responsible for the strategic sourcing of FFB for our Palm Oil Mill.

**Responsibilities**

1) Responsible for the strategic sourcing of FFB.
2) Identify and source new suppliers and vendors in regards to raw materials and general good for the company.
3) Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
4) Negotiate with Vendor for competitive price and timely delivery without compromising the quality.
5) Final issuance and validation of contract document.
6) Settlement of vendor claims and dispute resolution.
7) Build partnerships with preferred vendors through quantity and quality commitments.
8) Monitor the performance of the mills by collecting & consolidating income statement of individual mill and conduct technical meetings to resolve issues so as to aim at cost reduction in the supply chain.
9) Monitor and review performance of sub functions, recommends corrective actions, if required.
10) Build long-term relations with brokers, customers and suppliers, understand their demand and production.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in plantation, procurement and marketing.
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft 365 etc.
- Willingness to travel (HQ, Regional Offices, Estates)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
