The requirements for a **SALES MANAGER** position in the field of plastic injection blow moulding includes:
**1. Experience**: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the plastic injection blow moulding industry or a related field. This experience should involve working with customers, understanding their requirements, and managing sales processes.

**2. Educational Background**: Having a relevant educational background can be beneficial. Degrees or Diplomas in Business, Marketing, Engineering and/or a related field can provide a solid foundation for the role.

**4. Sales Skills**: Strong sales skills are crucial for a Sales Manager position. This includes the ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and knowledge of the plastic injection blow moulding industry would be advantageous.

**5. Leadership and Management Abilities**: As a sales manager, leadership and management skills are essential. You should be able to lead a sales team, set targets, motivate individuals, and monitor their performance. Additionally, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills is important for collaborating with other departments and managing customer relationships.

**7. Results-Oriented Mindset**: A sales manager should be driven by achieving sales targets and generating revenue. Having a results-oriented mindset, being proactive, and having the ability to identify opportunities for growth are important qualities.

**8. Other benefits**: Basic salary range from RM3,500 to 4,000/month. Benefits: Personal accident insurance, monthly sales commissions based on sales achieved target, monthly RM50 attendance allowance and RM300 medical entitlement per year.

**9. Schedule**: Normal working hour Monday to Friday - 8.00 am to 1.00 pm & Saturday - 8.00 am to 1.00 pm, as and when needed.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
