**Marketing Insights & Trend Spotting**
- Analyze market movements and emerging trends to inspire innovative campaign ideas and content strategies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of promotional plans and advertising rollouts.
- Identify and connect with digital influencers and content creators for potential brand collaborations.
- Coordinate influencer engagements across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook.
- Monitor campaign outcomes and influencer metrics, compile performance reports, and extract actionable insights.
- Explore the latest in marketing tech, E-commerce developments, CRM platforms, and digital tools.

What You’ll Learn
- How to identify viral trends and anticipate digital shifts.
- First-hand experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns and influencer activations.
- Exposure to branding strategies and tools for cultivating online communities.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media metrics for evaluating campaign impact.
- Skills in managing influencer relationships and producing performance-driven reports.
- Practical knowledge in digital storytelling, content strategy, and social media engagement.

Job Requirements
- Currently studying or graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
- Deep interest in digital marketing, social platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
- Active on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube—whether as a creator or trend enthusiast.
- Naturally creative, inquisitive, and plugged into the latest online buzz.
- Communicates effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Personable, detail-focused, and well-organized with a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working independently.
- Open to working on-site in Puchong, Selangor.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
