**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the Molding Section Schedule, assembly, production control and output.
- Ensure steady flow of production activities, producing the right product in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.
- Co-ordinate with Planning Department on manpower, material and production planning.
- Motivate and develop a cohesive production team.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the production area.
- Initiate, recommend, investigate trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
- Carry out periodic production visual inspection of part.
- Supervise Production/Assembly Line Leader, Operators and General Worker.
- Handle any disputes among workers with the department.
- Train production/assembly staff on proper work method, quality checkpoint and safety matters.
- Conduct in-house training for staff.
- Responsible for identifying parts and materials at work-in-progress.
- Co-ordinate with QC Department on quality matters.
- Motivate and performance appraisal of production personnel.
- Formulate, implement and ensure smooth operation of production/assembly procedures.
- Control further processing and delivery of defective parts until deficiency has been corrected.
- Investigate the causes of the problem and analyze all areas to detect and take steps to eliminate potential causes of non-conformance.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken due to rejection and to resolve any claims if necessary. Follow up and verify the implementation of solutions, corrective/preventive action taken.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday : 8.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday : 8.00am - 12.00 noon

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
