Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Supervise baristas and service crew, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members in beverage preparation, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management: monitor stock levels, place orders, and control wastage.
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting.
- Support the store in achieving sales targets and implementing promotions.
- Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and coordinate repairs.
- Uphold company standards for product quality, service, and café environment.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality, F&B, or related field (SPM with experience acceptable).
- At least **1-3 years’ experience** in F&B or retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Customer-focused, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
