The job summary of Sales Admin is act to connect with the customer and Sales Executive by processing orders, keeping track of customer information and providing analysis to the Sales Manager. Sales Admin also perform after sale customer service and administrative duties for the department.
- Process purchase order (PO) according to the deadline given by sales manager
- Process invoice based on approval purchase order (PO)
- Process invoice based on B2B website (outright)
- Communicate with Sales Executive or customer if there is any inquiry regarding purchase order (PO) or invoice
- Administrative duties
- Filling invoice
- Transporter claim
- Update cash sales
- Update stock balance

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
