**Responsibilities**:
**Supply Planning**:

- Monthly planning of formulant, products formulated and filled at ID and IN for rolling 36-months in line with the demand requirements (including upside/ downsides, agreed product allocation)
- Ensure timely supply to customer demand with minimum excess inventory at end of season to achieve regional inventory targets
- Collaborate with AI planner and detailed planner to ensure timely execution of formulation plan and material availability on-time and in full
- Optimize inventory of all products to enable high supply reliability while reducing cost of capital
- Ensure usage of planning system to plan the supply of all materials and ensure all planning related master data are up to date.

**Performance Management**:

- Coordinate all planning and production related non-conformance management activities and ensure timely closure of NCMs with concrete mitigation measures.
- Participate in monthly inventory reduction calls and supply review meetings to address key issues
- Responsible to achieve all core SC KPI and process related targets for the given portfolio

**Continuous Improvement and Projects**:

- Support/ drive implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning, inventory management, portfolio management and/or other SC activities
- Act as SC representative for all ID and IN operations projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience planning, tolling management, logistics management
- Supply Chain planning and scheduling, operations. Understanding of Crop Protection business and SAP knowledge are strong advantage
- Good command in English

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
