Regional Supply Planner

**Regional Supply Planner Your future position?**

As a Regional Supply Planner you will perform mid long term supply planning activities for raw materials in a timely and accurate manner. You will be part of our Regional Supply Planning team which is responsible to ensure the timely raw materials availability for our 26 Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Well Being productions sites within APAC.

**Sounds interesting? On a daily basis, you can look forward to**:
**Perform day-to-day Supply Planning activities**:

- Manage planning parameters and lead time data and evaluate exception requests, close monitoring of safety stock, minimum lot size, economic order quantity
- Optimize inbound supply patterns and evaluate exception requests from local planners
- Identify material supply constraints and collaborate with the Regional Supply Chain team to develop resolution options
- Review new business request and identify critical materials
- Lead SLOB governance calls with respective site and support stock diversions
- Prepare Supply review and Pre Executive S&OP review related KPIs (Highest deviations, Projections, Adherence to Budget)
- Review Capacity Projections vs prior cycles and Publish RRP
- Execute S&OP Preparation: Provide Last estimates - Projected inventory, materials at risk, capacity excess or deficit according to option promoted in the Pre-executive session, Forecast projections

**For global/regional vendor managed materials and non-vendor managed materials**:

- Optimize network inventory levels and evaluate exception requests from site
- Manage strategic stockholding requests for raw materials
- Generate material requirements plan
- Manage long term supply issues

**Collaborate**:

- Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment, communication and follow up within the organization
- Act as contact person for key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics
- Proactive co-operation with other work streams within the GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process

**Improve**:

- Identify process improvement areas and actively work on the implementation
- Have the strength of proposal for identifying improvement measures, further developing our processes and organization.
- Share best-practices and ideas with your team, involve cross-functional teams if necessary to achieve the most efficient ways of working

**Your professional profile includes**:

- University or College degree preferably in economics/supply chain management or relevant field
- 5 years of experience in supply planning, supply chain and production planning
- Fluency in English language
- Experience with SAP ECC
- Advanced in MS Office tools especially on MS Excel with Power Query
- Experience with data analysis and dash boarding tools (Tableau, Webi, Power BI)
- Experience in IBP S&OP
- Demonstrated analytical skills with strong data analysis competency and administration skills
- Rational decision making
- Able to work in a matrix environment, in a team or independently; and to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in Change Management
- Lean green belt or project management experience is an advantage
