Account Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in daily general account duties and perform bookkeeping duties.
- Annual audit assistance
- Maintain Account Receivable and Account Payable, ensure all monthly reporting for group are reviewed and managed.
- Involve in standard weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end closing and reporting for all other accounting related matters.
- Prepare sale commission and staff claim reimbursement.
- Prepare and execute vendor payment and ensuring supporting document are complete.
- Liaise with sales team, suppliers regarding payment updates/ status.
- Check and ensure the accuracy and completeness of Audit transaction and supporting documents.
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation.
- Maintain bank transaction and reconciliation.
- Assist other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Express 365 is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and good communication skills
- Able to handle full set account.
- Able to work independently as a team
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
