**The Person**:
- Diploma Holder
- Ability to understand instruction High level of integrity, takes accountability of work andgood attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
The Role:
- Processing of incoming mail inclusive of drop box collection, recording, stamping, indexing,scanning and boxing.
- Acknowledges daily BTS requirements received from branch offices.
- Processing of outgoing mail.
- Input and verify of Proposal’s details into core system.
- Proposal status checking.
- Processing of policies checking and dispatching.
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk managementpractices.
- Other responsibilities entailed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
