Job Description
- Client servicing and guest relations
- Develop and maintain good relations with our partners
- Manage reservations and meet occupancy targets
- Identify upsell opportunities to upsell bookings
- You will be required to work using the Property Management System (PMS) and supporting subsystems like channel manager and online travel agencies (OTAs), including handling calls
- Provide good customer service in handling guest enquiries on PMS pertaining to amenities, services, local activities, etc promptly based on our customer care standards
- Be quick to react to customers’ complaints, execute service recovery and meet response time targets

Experience & requirements
- Customer focused, responsible and service-oriented
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Able to work from home or remotely
- Fluent in Malay, Mandarin and English (Written and spoken)
- Willing to work shifts and weekends
- Willing to work public holidays and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,088.19 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Guest relations: 3 years (preferred)
