- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and disruptions to hotel operations.
- Preparing regular reports for management on IT system performance, upgrades, and issues.
- Ensuring compliance with company IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with the implementation of new IT projects and technology upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant certification in IT or a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
