**POSITION PURPOSE**
- **Customer Support and Investigations**:

- Assist in investigating and resolving customer return issues promptly and accurately.
- **Promotional Material Management**:

- Distribute POP (Point of Purchase) materials and flyers to all retail shops.
- Handle the lamination of POP materials as needed.
- **Pricing and Data Management**:

- Update promotional pricing for retail products.
- Maintain and update customer data records.
- **Procurement and Supplies Management**:

- Request quotations and place orders for items such as official receipts, plastic bags, uniforms, and other necessary supplies.
- Prepare and distribute stationery and photocopied forms requested by retail shops.
- **Invoice and Reporting**:

- Prepare and issue Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, and other necessary invoices.
- Generate and compile reports as required.
- **Purchase Orders and Price Labels**:

- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) for the retail department.
- Print price labels for all retail shops to ensure accurate pricing.
- **General Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain organized filing systems for all retail documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and address retail-related inquiries.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree/ in Retail Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Words, and Powerpoint and for those with knowledge in ERP specifically Pronto System will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and also capable in working as a team to meet the timelines.
- Able to communicate with various level of people.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and meeting deadline.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
