**Area of Responsibilities**
- To execute approved action plans and strategies towards achieving sales target.
- To service existing customers by developing and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- To develop customer base by managing inbound and identifying outbound leads.
- Assist in organising and attending sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows when required.
- Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of sales orders, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Self-driven and passionate for sales and deal-making.
- Understanding of negotiation and closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual: English and BM. Chinese and other dialects an added advantage.
- Possesses own transport.
- Utmost respect for confidentiality and integrity on sensitive information.
- Vacancy for Malaysian Citizens only.
- Working Hours: 8:00AM - 5:30PM.
- On-site Role: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
