Human Resources Manager

KEY TASK
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, encompassing job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Collaborate with local authorities, including JTK, the IR Office, Immigration, and other relevant agencies
- Assist in the execution of internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Caretaker for employee facilities; hostels, locker rooms, and cafeteria cafeteria
- Maintain relations with our outsourced foreign worker's agencies, collaborations with local colleges for internship placement and after-training job opportunity
- Ensure yearly / quarterly recreational activities for staff are carried out on time e.g employee outings, sports activities, games
- Manage employee professional development, through training and performances
- Ensures employee issues are referred to the Head of the Department for resolution or escalated to Human Resources for further counseling. Utilizes an “open door” policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner
REQUIREMENT
- Certified HR Manager professional, graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Preferred at least 3 years of experience in the same roles
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Knowledge in Foreign Worker management.
- Proficiency in HRDCorp E-tris system, HR Management Systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with statutory online payment and portal. Eg Mytax, Assist portal (SOCSO) etc
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, speaking and writing
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
