We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Human Resource Manager
responsible for the full spectrum of HR Operations in our
Malaysia Kuala Lumpur office
. The candidate must possess strong ability in
talent acquisition
,
talent development
, and
retention strategies
, while partnering closely with business leaders to align HR practices with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business unit heads, supporting business goals with relevant HR initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning initiatives across Malaysia.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and employment regulations in Malaysia.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and employer branding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build a strong pipeline of talents.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in line with market demands.
  • Facilitate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee HR administration including employee records, HRIS updates, payroll, and benefits management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of Human Resource experience in an Medium to Large corporation. Candidates with in a managerial role covering multi-country operations (plus-point).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Talent management strategies (required).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
