**Job Overview**:

- Provide an overall Quality management support, guidance and assist PQM in maintenance of project QMS.
- Directly responsible for the audit schedule, auditing process and overall assessment of the QMS effectiveness.
- This role will involve determining compliance of product/process quality to the requirements of the contract and performance Quality measurement to determine process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct trend analysis, identify deficiencies and determine area for improvement.
- Promote project Quality policy and Objectives.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of project Quality Management System (QMS).
- Planning and timely execution of project internal and external audits.
- Participate in Criticality rating workshop and ensure inspection level is determined.
- Measuring and reporting of project Objectives, KPIs and conduct analysis & trending of data.
- Identify process deficiencies and assurance of implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Working closely with PQM to ensure compliance of Quality processes with internal QMS and Customer requirements.
- Manage Non-Conformance process, reporting and Close-out. Initiate and, if required, lead Root Cause Analysis investigation processes and assurance of implementation of corrections and corrective actions to improve and avoid repeat NCs.
- Management or all project Quality registers and action trackers (CATR, NCR, Audits, RCA, etc.)
- Quality assessment during Supplier/Subcontractor Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) and attend clarification meetings.
- Plan and deliver necessary quality trainings & awareness sessions to the project team (NCR, MOC, LL etc.).
- Interfacing with other Contractors and Company
- Develop Project quality deliverables and assist PQM in maintenance of Project Quality Management Plan and Engineering Quality Assurance Plan.
- Oversee the project internal and Supplier As Built Certification progress and final delivery to Customer.
- Ensure progressive compilation of Quality Risk, Readiness Review, Customer Feedback Form (CFF) and Lesson Learned by the project team and input into LL database.
- Ensure timely reporting of quality concerns to the PQM.
- Assist PQM in preparing Project Clos-out Report

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mech Engineering (or similar preferred);
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Offshore & Subsea O&G Construction Industry.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate with audit execution experience
- Years of experience to be specific in Package Quality Assurance of Pumps and other packages, management systems of offshore EPC/EPCIC projects including leading of internal and external audits.

**Desired/Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Welding, NDT & Coating processes (preferred AWS, CSWIP, NDT qualifications)
- Experience in fabrication quality management of offshore Topsides, Jackets, Subsea Structures, Pipelines as well and Umbilicals and Flexible products;
- Experienced in SCM processes of vendor management & packaged equipment.
- Some knowledge of construction Codes and Standards (E.g., AWS D1.1, ASME & DNV-OS-F101, etc.)
- Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9000, 9001, 9004, 29001)
- Good communication skills & experience in working with multinational teams.
- Experience in Risk Management tools and conducting RCA’s.
- Good computer & presentation skills (e.g., MS Office).
