**ADMIN ASSISTANT - GUA MUSANG**
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient assistant office administrator/clerk/secretary to handle day to day office administration in our Gua Musang office. Someone with good welcoming attitude and well experienced is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office administration
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organising office and executive needs
- Searching for quotations and creating quotation comparison reports
- Organising assets maintainance
- Making phone calls and enquiries when instructed to
- Making sure all files and well organised
- Attending to incoming guests/visitors
- Supporting and assisting admin executives’ daily tasks
- Preparing documents
- Printing/ typing / sending letters / buying office needs etc
**Requirements**:
- Expert in administration work
- Expert in using computer, Microsoft office, excel and systems
- Good Malay and English.
- Able to start work immediately
- Basic accounting knowledges
**Qualifications**
- Holds a SPM / STPM / College certificate / Diploma
- 1 year working experience as office administration/clerk/secretariat
**START: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
