Summary:
**Requirements**:

- Setup and Configuration: Design, set up, and configure performance testing environments, ensuring they mirror production systems and can simulate realistic user loads.
- Test Planning: Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to define performance test requirements, metrics, and goals.
- Test Execution: Create and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) to measure response times, throughput, and system stability under various conditions.
- Troubleshooting and Analysis: Identify performance bottlenecks and failures during testing, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Automation and Framework Development: Develop automated performance test scripts and reusable testing frameworks to streamline the testing process.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to track and report on key performance metrics such as CPU, memory usage, and network bandwidth during test execution.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports and documentation of test results, findings, and optimization recommendations for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in setting up and configuring performance testing environments and tools.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with server monitoring tools and metrics analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present test results and recommendations.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimizing system configurations is a plus.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience in JMeter, LoadRunner performance testing setups
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
