We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled
Test Analyst
to join our team
onsite
at the
CDC Office in Malaysia

This role is exclusively for candidates based in Malaysia.

Required Experience - 5+ years

About the Role

This
Full-Time
role is critical in ensuring the quality and integrity of our projects. You'll manage

functional testing, identify requirement gaps, and own testing activities from design to defect closure.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design & Execute Testing:
    Create clear, concise
    Test Scenarios
    and
    Test Cases
    , and manage functional testing on moderate to complex projects (Black box and White box).
  • Quality & Analysis:
    Review business requirements, identify gaps with the Business Analyst, and ensure test suites are up-to-date.
  • Defect Management:
    Collaborate with developers for defect correction and participate in defect review meetings.
  • Reporting:
    Communicate risks, defects, and coverage reports. Provide input on test plans and estimates.
  • Process Ownership:
    Adhere to project timelines (SFLC) and deliver assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For (Key Requirements)

  • Technical Experience:
    Hands-on experience with
    Black Box
    and
    White Box
    testing.
  • Automation:
    Practical experience with automated testing tools like
    Selenium
    and
    API testing
    using tools like
    Postman
    .
  • Database:
    Solid knowledge of
    SQL
    and scripting, with in-depth knowledge of SQL Query / PLSQL being a plus.
  • Process:
    Experience in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment and familiarity with
    ITIL
    best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent
    analytical thinking
    ,
    problem-solving
    , and
    communication
    skills. Highly motivated and results-driven.

Bonus Points:
Experience with
Performance/Security testing
, knowledge of the
Insurance
domain, and familiarity with
Microsoft Azure
.
