**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Promoters to join our team. In this role, you will introduce customers to a range of home electrical appliances, providing expert advice and ensuring a positive shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Showcase and sell various home electrical appliances, including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and kitchen appliances.
- Interact with customers to highlight product features and benefits.
- Provide professional guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct live demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Ensure displays are well-maintained, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to improve engagement strategies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, and confident in demonstrating and recommending products.
- Passion for delivering excellent service and building relationships with shoppers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales goals.
- Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
- Open to training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
