**Quality Data Management Manager**:
As Quality Data Management Manager, you will be reporting to Plant Quality Director and be the head of department which lead up to 30 engineer in department. Your main responsibility is to manage the quality and production data, lead the industry-leading quality control & PCS system development and maintenance, support urgent analysis requirement.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Define Quality Data Management Department Role & Responsibility, Objective,
- Establish and improve Quality Data Management process & procedure
- Project management and resource scheduling
- Quality control and PCS system overall business architecture design, planning and functional module design
- Ensure stability of quality control & PCS system IT structure
- Build up Quality Data Management advanced technology (AI, Advanced Statistical Algorithms, etc.)
- Prepare reporting regularly according to the development schedule and ensure the accuracy of the reporting

**Your Profile**:

- 8 years’ experience in semiconductor industry system or IT development
- Knowledge of.NET Framework, proficient in C#, web development language such as JavaScript, Html, Div+ CSS
- Knowledge of popular front-end scripting frameworks, such as JQuery
- Knowledge of python and Machine Learning
- Familiar with SQL server database, Independently according to business demand to finish T-SQL, Store Procedure, Functions, Views, etc
- experience in BI or Report development
- Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc
- Familiar with quality system (PPCR, Qualification, non-conforming, SQM, CQM, Lab, PDCA, 6 Sigma, Project management)
- Knowledge of quality standards(ISO 900,QS9000,etc.)
- Excellent inter personal skills to work effectively with our internal/External customer.
- Excellent organizational time management skill
- Strong ability of learning, logical thinking, problem solving, good team spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
