The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible to assist in directing, controlling and coordinating all outlet activities ensuring the outlet meets its financial and guest satisfaction objectives.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Directs and controls all subordinates to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
Liaises with the kitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
Anticipates and acts on guests’ needs and special requests promptly and tactfully.
Has the ability to participate and assists servers in the outlet during a busy moment to ease the sequence of service.
Conducts frequent front and back of house checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.

**Requirements**:
Sound knowledge of working practices in Food and Beverage Department
Entertaining and friendly personality
Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person
Able to read and communicate in English
Willing to work on shift rotation
Must have the right to work in Malaysia
