We are actively seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist with expertise in targeting the Malay market to join our freelance team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and creating impactful Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and provides a monthly fixed compensation, with additional bonuses for achieving performance targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Establish direct communication with clients to understand their business objectives and advertising goals.
- Provide personalized consultation and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs.

**Google Ads Campaign Management**:

- Create effective Google Ads campaigns tailored to the Malay market to drive targeted traffic.
- Utilize platforms such as Performance Max and Google Search to optimize ad performance.

**Client Portfolio Management**:

- Work with multiple clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and results-driven campaigns.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist with a focus on the Malay market.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Performance Max and Google Search.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Bonus: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing campaign performance targets.
